We have included some important information below concerning payment, event scheduling, lodging, and travel. (a) You will be receiving a separate email from our secure Quickbooks portal to process your payment. You are not 100% confirmed for the retreat until you have received payment confirmation.(b) Our event and your lodging will be hosted at the historic Belleview Inn, located in picturesque Belleair, FL. When contacting the hotel to reserve your room, please inform them you are attending the Ian Prosser Legacy Experience for a discount rate. (c) We strongly encourage you to arrive in the early afternoon of March 9th and to expect to stay until late morning on March 12th. We will be hosting a welcome reception at 6 pm on the 9th, with all-day events on March 10th and 11th and evening events on both days. We will be hosting a farewell brunch from 9 am - 11 am on March 12th for our attendees as well.(d) If traveling by air, the Tampa International Airport handles all major US Domestic carriers and is 30 minutes from the Belleview Inn.
